Lodging Your Development Application

Council prefers that you lodge your application personally at the Customer Service Centre situated at 2 Belgrave Street, Kogarah. This is so a check can be undertaken to see that you have all the necessary information and save you delays in the processing of your application.

Don't forget to:

  • Include all the required plans and supporting documents, including neighbour notification plans (if required)
  • Submit the relevant checklist, making sure it has been fully filled out and signed and obtain the landowner's consent
  • Sign the application form
  • Pay the development application fees

Unfortunately, incomplete applications cannot be accepted, so it is highly recommended that you discuss your proposal with Council before submitting a development application.
