Council Duty Officers
Duty Officers are able to provide advice on a variety of planning and development matters.
“Drop in” service at Council's Customer Service Centre
9am – 1pm, Monday - Friday
(phone and counter enquiries welcome)
2pm – 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
Please contact Customer Service Centre on ph: 9330 9400 to make an appointment. Appointments are limited to 30 minutes and require 48 hours notice (4pm is the last available appointment time for the day).
If you are unable to visit or call our Customer Service Centre you can submit your query to email@example.com. We aim to provide a response to you within 48 hours, however at busy periods we may not be able to meet this commitment.
Customer Service Officers now accept development applications during normal business hours, without requiring the duty officer.
