National Television and Computer Recycling Drop Off

Council can offer residents a free local recycling drop-off centre for old televisions, computers and computer accessories in Mortdale. Visit National Television and Computer Recycling Scheme for dates, locations times and acceptable items.

Household Chemical Clean Out

Residents in the former Kogarah City Council LGA can drop off for FREE their old and expired paint tins, household chemicals, fluorescent light globes and tubes at the next Chemical Clean Out event. These events are organised through the NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA) and are funded through the NSW EPA Waste Less, Recycle More initiative. Council provides for the recycling of mobile phones through the Mobile Muster mobile phone recycling scheme. Local mobile muster drop-off locations are:
