Kogarah City Council takes your privacy seriously
Kogarah City Council has certain obligations in relation to the personal information that it obtains from members of the public who use its website.

Kogarah City Council's privacy practices are regulated by the New South Wales Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 and outlined in its Privacy Management Plan. Generally, any personal information you provide to Council will only be used and/or disclosed for the Council's purposes, or a directly related purpose, unless you consent to another use or disclosure, in emergencies or as otherwise required or authorised by law.
