Council's Planning & Development Unit is responsible for a range of activities and programs that shape land use and development in the local area.
Council's Planning & Development Unit provides assistance in Development Applications (DAs), Constructions Certificates, applications for Complying Developments. The unit is also responsible for strategic urban planning investigations and analysis, creation of new planning controls to guide development on future land use and development, and development of sustainable policies.
