Kogarah Town Square Redevelopment
Successful public places are magnets that encourage people to return.
They can become a city's centre, its chief source of pride, economic development, and social interaction. At a time when leisure needs/demands continue to rise, we have a great responsibility to focus on our public spaces and an opportunity to develop a town square which achieves all of the above and more.
The Kogarah Town Square development provides an opportunity to create a livable community and working urban centre that attracts new investment and brings people together.
The development is about complementing the services and activities already available in Kogarah, as well as providing a place for a variety of other activities to occur, from just strolling, and people-watching to dining, shopping and being entertained.
This development will be integrally connected to the fabric of the neighbourhood surrounding it.
